Beautiful cubist work by the Kampen violin maker/painter Otto Stam (1913-1983). Won a gold medal with one of his violins in 1956 in Pegli, Italy. Painting was his great love. Academy Antwerp. Oil on canvas, 63x75 cm. Signed and dated 1950, both on front and back. On the back: - Tree in " 't Jodendom " Bilthoven - Excellent condition.
