Beautiful intimate watercolor by Louis Titz, 1859-1932.
Signed, located (notre jardin) and dated June 1915 and dedicated to his wife "A ma chère femme"
Was a member of: Société Royale Belges des Aquarellistes and Cercle des Aquarellistes et Aquafortistes. Teacher at the Academy of Brussels. Work in various museums.
Dimensions of work without frame: 31.5 x 45 cm
Little known and therefore undervalued artist. Small oeuvre.
Can also be shipped without the frame. When shipped with frame, the glass is completely covered. I recommend removing the work from the frame upon receipt in order to be able to clean the glass without the risk of moisture seeping in.
